1. Local Area Information
Kanagawa Dental University is located in Yokosuka, Kanagawa Prefecture, just south of Tokyo Metropolitan Area and west of Chiba Prefecture. Two airports, Haneda and Narita, serve the greater Tokyo area, and KDU can be conveniently reached directly from both via the Keikyu and JR train lines.
Major stations to and from Yokosuka Chuo on the Keikyu Line include Yokohama Station, Shinagawa Station, and Haneda Airport, while major stations to and from JR Yokosuka Station include Tokyo Station, Chiba Station, and Narita Airport (as well as Yokohama and Shinagawa).
2. From Yokosuka Chuo Station and JR Yokosuka Station
By train, the 2 closest stations to KDU are Yokosuka Chuo Station, which serves the Keikyu Main Line (convenient from Yokohama and Shinagawa), and JR Yokosuka Station, which serves the Yokosuka Line (convenient from Tokyo Station).
